Refund Policy

Horizon Analytic Studios, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to delivering quality work. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued.

Custom Development Projects

Custom software development projects are billed according to the terms specified in the applicable Statement of Work or service agreement. Refunds for project-based work are handled on a case-by-case basis:

• Work completed and delivered according to agreed specifications is non-refundable.
• If a milestone is not met to the agreed standard, we will work with you to resolve the issue before considering a refund.
• Deposits for work not yet started may be refundable upon request.

Consulting & Assessment Services

Fees for consulting sessions and assessments that have been delivered are non-refundable. Scheduled sessions cancelled with at least 48 hours' notice may be rescheduled at no additional cost.

Retainer Agreements

Monthly retainer fees are non-refundable once the billing period has begun. Unused hours may roll over according to the terms of your retainer agreement. Cancellation of retainer agreements requires 30 days' written notice.
