End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") governs your use of any software applications or tools provided by Horizon Analytic Studios, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), including but not limited to our contractor portal and related tools.

License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our software applications solely for your authorized business purposes, subject to the terms of this agreement and any applicable service agreement.

Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the software without our written consent
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Use the software to develop competing products or services
• Sublicense, lease, or lend the software to third parties
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels

Ownership

The software and all related intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of Horizon Analytic Studios, LLC. This EULA does not grant you ownership of the software.

Termination

This license is effective until terminated. We may terminate this license at any time if you fail to comply with any term of this agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and destroy any copies in your possession.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Horizon Analytic Studios, LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the software.
